This step gives us the opportunity to get to know you and to understand your ideal vacation. During our 30-45 minute consultation we’ll ask you questions to learn all about, or even help you discover your travel style. From here, we’ll have everything we need to know to build you the perfect personalized itinerary for an incredible vacation.
Based on our conversation during the consultation, we will work with the top travel suppliers to put together an itinerary that is tailored to your interests and needs. Then we will present the itinerary with options for review. The itinerary is always completely customizable so that you can add or remove whatever you like.
Once you are happy with your itinerary, the reservation process begins. We will proceed to reserve all of your hotels, transfers, and activities. You don’t need to worry about the details as we will take care of all the specifics. You can relax and start getting excited about your upcoming vacation.
Before you depart on your vacation you will be provided a mobile or physical itinerary so that all the information about your vacation is at your fingertips. While you are on your vacation, we are here making sure that everything goes smoothly. If any bumps occur, we will be ready to assist.
